Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Please include your order number in all communications.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Sakaza reserves the sole right to determine whether an order has been processed. By placing an order, you agree not to dispute our decision on cancellation eligibility.

If there is a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a full refund.


Company’s Right to Cancel an Order

At Sakaza, we strive to fulfil every order promptly and efficiently. However, certain circumstances may require us to cancel an order. Below are the conditions under which we reserve the right to cancel an order — in part or in full.

1.  Product Unavailability

 If an item becomes out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable:

  • You will be notified within 48 hours via email or phone.
  • We will offer an alternative product or process a full refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

2.  Pricing or Product Information Errors

If a product is listed with an incorrect price, description, or other detail due to typographical or system errors:

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse such orders, even if confirmed or paid for.
You will be notified of the issue, and any incorrect charges will be reversed.
You may reorder the item at the correct price, if available.

3.  Payment Issues or Suspected Fraud Orders may be cancelled if:

  • The payment is unsuccessful, declined, or flagged as suspicious.
  • The transaction fails security checks (e.g., mismatched addresses, multiple high-value orders, etc.).

We may contact you for verification. If we cannot verify your order within a reasonable timeframe, it will be cancelled, and any payment made will be refunded.

4.  Shipping Address Problems Orders may be cancelled if:

  • The provided address is incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable.
  • The address is outside our serviceable delivery areas.

We will attempt to resolve the issue; however, if unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

5.  Bulk or Unauthorized Reselling

We reserve the right to cancel any orders suspected to be for bulk purchase or resale without authorization.

This includes:

  • Orders exceeding reasonable limits for personal use. 
  • Orders violating our Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

If such an order is identified, it will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.


6.  Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events

In case of events beyond our control — such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation issues, or other force majeure circumstances

— we may be unable to fulfil your order.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

7.  Failure to Provide Required Information
 
If additional information or documents are requested for order verification and not provided within a reasonable period, the order may be cancelled. Any payment made will be refunded promptly.
