Delivery Times

When you place an order on Sakaza, we make every effort to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Delivery timelines depend on your location and product availability, but we always strive to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition.

Your order confirmation will be sent to you immediately after purchase.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours (please check your spam or junk folder), please contact us at support@sakazaworld.com.

We understand how excited you are to receive your order, and our team works closely with reliable delivery partners to get your package to you at the earliest. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS update with tracking information and an estimated delivery date (subject to courier availability and location).

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days in major cities.
  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take 3–5 business days.
  • At Time Order Do Get Delayed under Circumstances Which Are Beyond Our Control,

We Request You Be Patient During Such Times.

Business days are Monday to Friday.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays are not counted as shipping days.

Shipping Restrictions & Delays
While we strive to deliver orders across India, there may be certain locations or circumstances where delivery is restricted or delayed.

1.  Non-Serviceable Areas:

Our logistics partners may not service certain remote, rural, or restricted zones. If your delivery address falls under a non-serviceable area, our team will contact you to discuss alternate solutions or issue a full refund.

2.  Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:

Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. Delays or

non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are not covered under our delivery guarantee, and re-shipment costs may apply.

3.  Weather, Strikes, or Unforeseen Events:

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, courier network disruptions, public holidays, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will keep you informed and ensure your order is delivered as soon as conditions permit.

4.  Force Majeure Circumstances:

In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, transportation strikes, or other emergencies, delivery timelines may be extended. Sakaza will not be held liable for delays caused by such events, but we will make every reasonable effort to complete your delivery at the earliest possible time.
